I guess it's the people in the area they hire for management. I don't know what it is but I've eaten at every restaurant in Madison & it's the same thing over & over.poor food, poor service, rude employees & not cleaned. (you'll know who she is-but who cares how she presents herself, you're just paying the bill & leaving). Everyone is generally polite with the exception of 1 cashier. The atmosphere is nice enough & it's clean.
The food is good, service is good most of the time & it's reasonably priced. This is the best place to get a meal in Madison NC.
